Once you're happy with the quote, a 50% deposit starts the work. I send a simple invoice you can pay online.

You see working pages early and request changes while it's still easy to change.
Launch & hand-off
The remaining 50% is due when you approve the site. Then I put it live and it's yours.

Common questions
How much does a website cost?
Most projects fall between $500 and $2,000. A simple one-page site is around $500, a full multi-page business site with extras approaches $2,000. Use the estimator above for a quick number.
Is the estimate the final price?
The estimate is very close. I confirm your exact fixed price by message before you pay anything, and it won't change unless you ask for more work.
How does payment work?
50% deposit to start, 50% when you approve the finished site and before it goes live. I send an invoice you can pay online.
How long does it take?
Most sites are ready in about a week, depending on size and how quickly I get your photos and text. Need it faster? Choose the 3-day rush option in the estimator for an extra $100.
Do I have to write all the text and find photos?
You can send what you have. If you don't have text, I can write it for you (add "Copywriting help" in the estimator). For photos, send your own or I can use clean placeholders until you have them.
Will it work on phones?
Yes. Every site is built to look right on phones, tablets, and computers, and to load fast.
What is the free mockup?
A free design of your homepage, made for your business, so you can see the look and feel before you spend anything. There is no payment and no obligation. If you like it, we move forward. If not, you owe nothing.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Once fully paid, the site and its code are yours. There is no monthly platform fee from me. You only pay for your own domain name and hosting, which is typically about $10 to $20 a month or less. I can help you set that up.
Can you update the site after it's live?
Small fixes within 30 days of launch are included. After that, I'm happy to help with updates at an hourly or per-task price we agree on first.
What if I don't like the design?
You see working pages early and can request changes as we go, so problems get caught while they're easy to fix. The Terms below cover revisions and refunds.
